Context

KHL Transportes Madrid handles small removals and carries motorbikes, appliances and pallets by van, from Madrid to anywhere in Spain. Requests come in by phone and WhatsApp, so the site had to lead there in one tap, mobile first.

Our role

A paid order from the owner of KHL Transportes Madrid. Youssef designed, built and launched the site, and adapted the logo from the client’s business card. The site is live at khltransportesmadrid.es, a domain registered and managed by Youssef.

About the project

Key decisions

  1. 01Respect the client’s strict brand rules, with no shadows, gradients or rounded corners, and let motion alone carry the visual effect.
  2. 02In the gallery, show only load photos supplied by the client, and leave out one where a customer’s name and address were legible.
  3. 03A serverless form that drafts the WhatsApp message, on the channel the owner already answers.

Limitations

  • The form stores nothing: it prepares a WhatsApp message the visitor sends from their own phone.
  • The areas banner is a royalty free photo of Madrid, not a photo of the business.
  • Spanish only, with no English version.
  • No analytics are installed, so no visitor figures are available.
