Context
The site presents a firm that works upstream of property and land decisions (sourcing assets, feasibility studies, structuring transactions), with its mission, five areas of work and its method. It is aimed at private investors, family estates and business owners among others.
Our role
A site Youssef built as part of his business development role at MCL Design, for M&C Partners Advisory, a firm under the same management. He designed it, built it and put it online.

About the project
Key decisions
- 01A dark art direction without photography, using serif type and a gold rule, for a firm that sells discretion rather than imagery.
- 02A single page with anchor links, because the offer is short and reads in one go.
- 03A custom cursor on desktop, switched off on mobile where it serves no purpose.
Limitations
- The site is published on a Vercel address, not on the firm’s own domain.
- The contact section shows no form, email or phone number: the firm cannot be reached from the page.
