Our role
An internal tool Youssef built as part of his business development role at MCL Design, a Paris construction company. It is deployed for the company’s own use; it is not a client commission.

AXION answers an internal need: bring site tracking, teams, quotes and tender responses into a single tool.
Scope
- Projects, teams and site scheduling
- Files, reports and client sharing
- Quotes and conversion of bills of quantities to Excel
- Tender module: import of the tender file and assisted drafting of the technical proposal
- Persistent file storage
Key decisions
- 1Match each line of an imported bill of quantities with items already priced, to prefill missing prices.
- 2Restore the service in successive phases: reliable start up, security, then persistent storage.
