Context
Before M&Y Labs, Youssef presented his offer under the SAYO name: websites, applications and automation for small businesses. The site had to make automation tangible for owners who had never seen how it works.
Our role
The site of SAYO, the brand Youssef used for his offer before M&Y Labs, designed, built and launched by him alone. It was neither commissioned nor paid for.

About the project
Key decisions
- 01One diagram rendering engine shared by the homepage, the generator and the internal tool.
- 02No build step: HTML, CSS and JavaScript served as is, with no dependencies to install.
- 03The generator computes everything in the browser: nothing is sent unless the visitor chooses to share the diagram on WhatsApp.
Limitations
- The SAYO brand has been replaced by M&Y Labs and the site has not been updated since 24 August 2026.
- The WhatsApp demo is a simulated conversation, with no real assistant connected.
- The figures in the calculator and the before and after view are indicative estimates, not measurements.
- The site still presents some concepts as client work: only this page reflects the actual status of our projects.
